| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、病棟の安全文化を醸成するための看護管理者の認識を明らかにした上で、「安全文化評価指標」（種田他，2009）の安全文化因子得点との関係を検討することである。看護師長4 名を研究協力者として、半構成的面接法を用いて質的記述的研究を行った。 分析の結果、病棟の安全文化を醸成するための看護管理者の認識は、31 のカテゴリーから7 のコアカテゴリーに集約された。すなわち、【自ら作り出す安全】を意識しながら【挨拶や他愛もない会話が手掛かり】にして、リスクの発生を直観的に捉えているという特徴が見出せた。安全文化の醸成を直観的に判断する基準は、【ほっこりとした雰囲気】、【おおらかでゆったりとした看護】、【イキイキした仕事ぶり】、【人と向き合い見て感じる本来の看護】、【オープンな病棟環境】であった。 看護管理者の認識の特徴と関係している安全文化評価指標の安全文化因子は、「部署内でのチームワーク」であった。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the nursing manager’s cognition to foster safety culture in a hospital ward and then to examine the relationship with safety culture factor scores of patient safety culture survey tool developed by Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), which was developed a useful tool for measuring safety culture in Japan (Taneda, et al., 2009). The design of this study was qualitative descriptive method using semistructured interviews with four nursing managers as research collaborators. The characteristics in appreciation of nursing managers on safety culture in a hospital ward were aggregated into 7 core categories from 31 categories. In other words, while conscious of “Safety to create by themselves”, I was able to find the characteristic that intuitively grasping the occurrence of risk by “Greeting way of each other and behavior of conversation”. The yardstick for intuitively judging the fostering of safety culture in a hospital ward was “A warm atmosphere”, “Nursing with generosity and relax”, “Staff works over fulling of life”, “Original human care with warn feeling and carefully”, “A frankly and equality of human relationship in a ward”. The safety culture factor scores of patient safety culture survey tool related to nursing manager’s cognition was “Teamwork within the department”. |
