The design of this study was qualitative descriptive method using semistructured interviews with four nursing managers as research collaborators.\nThe characteristics in appreciation of nursing managers on safety culture in a hospital ward were aggregated into 7 core categories from 31 categories. In other words, while conscious of “Safety to create by themselves”, I was able to find the characteristic that intuitively grasping the occurrence of risk by “Greeting way of each other and behavior of conversation”.
