| 内容記述 | 本研究では、小児病棟の看護師が、発達障害の特性をもつ児に入院生活中の看護援助をする上での困難の状況と影響 要因を明らかにした。小児病棟で発達障害の特性をもつ児を受けもった経験のある3 年目以上の看護師に面接を行い、 困難の状況に関する内容を抽出しカテゴリー化した。看護師には《児の気持ちや特性を捉えることが難しい》ことや ≪親との協働が難しい≫ことから、入院生活中の看護援助をする上で≪発達障害の特性に合わせた援助方法が見出せな い≫という困難の状況があった。 これらの影響要因には、《 看護師の経験の不足や知識活用の難しさ》《病棟の体制が整っていないと感じる》《看護師の 意欲が減退してしまう》があった。 看護師への支援として、発達障害の特性をもつ児と親について十分なアセスメントができるような教育的支援を行い、 多職種と協働する病棟の体制を整備していくことで、親子がより安心して入院生活を送ることができると考える。 |

| 内容記述 | This study attempted to reveal the diffi culties perceived by pediatric ward nurses caring for hospitalized children with developmental disorder characteristics（ DDC） and the factors underlying those diffi culties. We conducted semistructured interviews, each for about an hour, with seven nurses who had cared for about 10 to 60 DDC children and had fi ve or more years of nursing experience. A qualitative analysis of the interview data revealed that the nurses perceived diffi culties with 1） understanding the feelings and behavioral characteristics of the children, 2） cooperating with the parents, and 3） fi nding support methods appropriate for DDC children. The factors perceived by the nurses as responsible for these difficulties were 1） insufficient utilization of their knowledge due to lack of experience, 2） inappropriate ward system, and 3） decreased motivation of nurses. This situation should be improved by providing educational support for nurses to sufficiently assess the DDC children and their parents as well as developing a ward system that enables the nurses to cooperate with other professionals to provide eff ective support for the DDC children. |
