Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"米国での教育方法に準じた日本におけるフィジカルアセスメント教育は、系統的に頭部から足先までの身体面の異常を明らかにするといった診断要素に傾き、アセスメント結果を看護援助に結びつけにくい。我々はこの問題を解決するために、フィジカルアセスメントをヘルスアセスメントに包含される一部分として、対象の身体機能上の問題だけではなく、対象が、生活を送る上での問題が判断できるよう、看護過程と連動させたフィジカルアセスメントの教授方略を試みている。演習は、学生を少人数グループに分けて実施し、教員はグループ担当制とした。学生には、フィジカルアセスメントで得た情報を主観的データ・客観的データに分類させ、その集合体をクラスタリングした情報群として分析させ、アセスメント結果として記入させた。また系統的に観察したフィジカルアセスメントのデータをゴードンの11
