These goals were tackled via a systematic review of the literature by using a qualitative descriptive analysis methodology. Seven papers were included in the analysis; five of these papers concerned original studies found in academic journals related to school health. Based on a qualitative descriptive analysis, the health support activities undertaken by Yogo teachers at school shelters were classified into three domains: 1) “activities related to the operation of the first-aid station,” which included activities such as “establishing and operating a first-aid station,” and “handling safety management measures;” 2) “activities related to the operation of evacuation centers,” which included activities such as “supporting basic needs,” and “handling environmental hygiene measures;” and 3) “activities related to the operation of the health room,” which included “building a psychological support system,” and “restoring the function of the health room.” The reviewed literature reported that Yogo teachers demonstrated the skills they had cultivated in school health care and responded to the health issues of individuals at various life stages when residents were evacuated to schools; however, the literature was defi cient in terms of this topic. It is necessary to continue to monitor the health support activities performed by Yogo teachers in the future, which will be important in establishing postdisaster support systems for communities following such events.}, pages = {3--11}, title = {東日本大震災における養護教諭の健康支援活動に関連する文献検討}, volume = {16}, year = {2021} }
