文献から、SHG におけるピアサポートの効果や課題、専門職の実際の支援に関する内容について抽出しカテゴリー化した。\n効果には【安心できる仲間との情緒的なつながり】、【障害の理解を深めて対処方法を学ぶ】、【他者に貢献できる自己の価値に気づく】、【社会に働きかける意識の芽生え】があり、課題には【サポートの限界】や【運営上の難しさ】があった。専門職の実際の支援には、【適切な知識による助言】、【当事者主体の運営の尊重】、【ピアサポート活動を行う人の育成】、【対外的な活動の支援】があった。\nSHG
