{"created":"2023-06-19T06:56:52.424128+00:00","id":207,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"34e31029-67cc-45d8-b9b7-68856e226710"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"207","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"207"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:rctoyota.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000207","sets":["30"]},"author_link":["139","348","403","335"],"control_number":"207","item_10001_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2014","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"65","bibliographicPageStart":"56","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"13","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"日本看護技術学会誌","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Japanese Journal of Nursing Art and Science","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，人工呼吸器を装着した患者が多く入室し，医療関連感染のリスクが高いICUにおける気管吸引処置に関する看護師の感染予防行動の特徴を明確にして，必要とされる教育の示唆を得ることを目的とする．ICUの看護師42名を対象として126回の気管吸引処置の行動観察と患者11人の周囲環境の細菌学的調査，質問紙による認識と自己申告による態度の調査を行った．<br/>　観察調査では，手袋の適正な使用割合は高いが，手指衛生の適正な実施割合は低かった．手指衛生は吸引処置前より処置後に実施率が高い傾向がみられた．そして，一連の行動として吸引処置開始から終了までの手指衛生の実施と手袋の扱いが適正に実施できたのは15.9％であった．すべての項目の実施によって感染予防が可能となるため，一連の行動として実施できる技術を修得する必要がある．<br/>　また，看護師は汚染を予測してもその部位を清掃するにはいたっていなかった．認識している事象に対して，看護師自身ができることについてのフィードバックや自身の行動を振り返ることができる教育支援が必要である示唆を得た．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of the infection prevention behavior of nurses in relation to tracheal aspiration procedures in the intensive care unit (ICU), where many patients attached to mechanical ventilators are admitted and the risk of healthcare-associated infection is high, and to obtain suggestions in regard to the education that is needed.<br/>　The subjects were 42 ICU nurses, and we observed their actions during 126 tracheal aspiration procedures, conducted a bacteriological survey of the environment around 11 patients, and conducted a survey of awareness by means of a questionnaire, and of attitude by self-report.<br/>　The result of the observation survey showed a high rate of proper glove use, but the rate of proper performance of hand hygiene was low. A tendency was seen for the hand hygiene performance rate to be higher after aspiration procedures than before aspiration procedures. Also, 15.9% of the subjects were able to properly perform hand hygiene from before the start of the aspiration procedure to its conclusion and perform glove handling as a single continuous series of actions. Preventing infection by performing all of the individual actions necessitates acquiring the skill of being able to perform them as a continuous series of actions.<br/>　Furthermore, even when the nurses predicted contamination, they did not go so far as to clean the site.
