地区のヘルスサポートリーダー8 名が研修に参加し、本研究への同意が得られた8 名全員を対象とした。支援研修では、ヘルスサポートリーダーが活動意義を理解し、活動意欲を高めることを目的として、研修の内容や構成に工夫を凝らした。その結果、受講アンケートでは、研修の構成とグループワーク、全体会は、それぞれ「大変満足」、「満足した」を合わせると100％で、講義においても、全員が理解できたとしていた。今回の研修が、今後の活動に活かせると6
