(MRSA)の汚染状況を検討した．\n  人工呼吸器を装着した33例の患者周辺環境の調査を行った．調査期間は2006年6～8月，および2007年4～9月と2009年6～10月とした．\n  患者周辺環境にあるベッドシーツ，ベッド柵，人工呼吸器の消音ボタン，ジャクソンリース，聴診器より合計395の試料を採取した．入室期間中に患者からMRSAが検出された11例の患者では，患者周辺環境より20.0%(28/140試料)のMRSAが検出された．ICU入室48時間以降のMRSAの検出率は，ベッドシーツより35.3%(6/17試料)，人工呼吸器の消音ボタンより29.4%(5/17試料)であった．\n
