 note = {application/pdf, 本研究は、看護師として患者に対しての禁煙サポートを行なうにあたり、看護師自身の喫煙が患者への禁煙サポートに対する考え方への影響とその関連を明らかすることを目的とした。調査をA県B大学病院看護部に依頼し、2002年9月30日～10月12日に病棟勤務看護職員全員748名を対象者に自記式無記名アンケートを行った。回答者694名(回収率92.8%)のうち記入不備等で39名を除外し、655名(有効回答率87.6%)分析対象とした。B大学病院の女性看護師の喫煙率は28.8%と高く、喫煙を開始した年齢が18歳と20歳に集中していた。禁煙サポートを看護師の仕事と捉え、意欲が高いと思われるのは、非喫煙者と過去喫煙者であった。さらに喫煙者の中でも、自らの禁煙に対しても積極的に考えているものは、患者への禁煙サポートへの取り組みも積極的であり、看護師になって良かったと思う者のほうが、禁煙サポートに対しての意欲が高くなっていた。, The aim of present study was to clarify the effects of smoking on the attitudes of nurses toward providing smoking cessation support for patients. A self-administered anonymous questionnaire was conducted on all 748 ward nurses of the nursing department of A University Hospital in B Prefecture between September 30 and October 12, 2002. Of the 694 responses (response rate, 92.8%), 39 were excluded due to incomplete answers and analysis was performed on the remaining 655(valid response rate, 87.6%). The smoking rate among female nurses at A University Hospital was high, at 28.8%, and the ages at which they began to smoke were concentrated at 18 and 20 years. Non-smokers and past-smokers perceived smoking cessation support to be a nusing task and had high motivation. Among the smokers, those who were considering quitting smoking themselves were also positive about initiatives for supporting patients to quit smoking, and those who were glad that they were nurses had higher motivation toward smoking cessation support.},
